Wedding Table Plan
As the guests arrive at the reception and head towards the dinner hall, it is vital to communicate where they’re sitting (“I hope I’m not on the boring table”). This is where a Table Plan works a treat.
Printed on a large heavyweight card or mounted on foamboard, styled with your colours, the seating plan shows the guest the table name themes.

We print on a range of card stocks. If you would like a card option not listed please ask. We will seek to accommodate your requirements, although bear in mind this might take slightly longer to source than a standard card option.

Size
You will need to choose a size. Although custom sizes are available it can be difficult to find envelopes to fit those sizes.

How much will it cost?

How much does artwork cost?
Our charges for design work are calculated by approximating the amount of time the artwork will take to produce.
For a standard design for a Table Plan we would approximate 25 minutes. This amount of time would be charged at: £30 including VAT
How long will it take?
Standard turn around time for this job is 4 working days from approved artwork. However, if you are pressed for time please ring us on 01372 373100 and we will try to accelerate the order.
Delivery or Pickup
A delivery service is available. It is advised to order your items together to avoid multiple delivery charges. Our standard next day delivery service is: £6.99. Alternatively you can pickup your job for free!
